Welcome to Casa Rosa, private beach front estate in the midst of a wildlife sanctuary. Howler monkeys cross through the trees most days, often across the upstairs terrace.

Casa Rosa has a main house and also beach front cabinas.


The downstairs of the Main House consists of a large living room, dining area, bathroom and spacious kitchen.

Upstairs is a huge master bedroom with bathroom suite, skylight, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, one king bed, one twin bed and access to the balcony.



The Cabinas are lovely furnished extra large bedrooms with shower bath, small refrigerator, coffee maker, large closet, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. A king size bed and two twins sleep four comfortably in each cabina.



The balcony and terraces overlook a lush dry tropical forest with miles of white sand beach, tide pools, and Capitan Island in the clear blue Pacific waters. Hammocks, outdoor dining sets, beach chairs, chaises, and boogie boards are all available.
